Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within a 12 hours will be charged 30% of the service. Day of cancellations /No call no show will be charged full service amount. If you are running later than 15 minutes past your appointment time for extensions you may need to reschedule or I can do my best, but can’t guarantee it will be as full as it could be due to having less time. All lash lift services must be on time due to it being a time sensitive service. All clients under 18 must have a minor consent form signed. All services have different durations, some sets may take longer than others & it also depends on your natural lashes on how long a set may take.
